By confirming your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Once we have received your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent. If there was incorrect stock level at the time of receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver. We are under no obligation to provide the goods to you when an order is placed for a mis-priced item, even after we have sent you the order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email. We will contact you personally via email and offer the opportunity to cancel the order if we are not able to deliver in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation.
Billing Information Verification
All billing transactions are handled by a secure third party payment processor, however in the event that billing information is unable to be verified, customers making their first time purchase may be asked to provide verification. This measure is designed specifically with customers’ security in mind in order to ensure the safety of our payment process.
Delivery charges and tax are not included in the price. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices.
step8ight.com reserves the right to alter any of the policies, terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge that you shall become bound to the current version of the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to be aware of the current version each time you use the website.
Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and are unable to inform in advanced on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to know the cost of the duties, please contact the local customs office.
Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or major defective.
Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. If you received major defect or wrong item(s), kindly contact us at email: firstname.lastname@example.org / Whatsapp (+6017-3530138) for the returns.
Damaged in Transit / Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, you have the right to enter a claim.
How to Enter a Claim
Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days once the product is received and discovered the fault. The faulty product shall be returned beforehand and a replacement product will be sent, subject to availability. Otherwise, the faulty product will be refunded in full when we have received the defective product. We will compensate the shipping cost of returning products. In the case of a full refund, we will also compensate the initial shipping costs. We are not responsible for payment gateway’s processing fee.
Damaged of defective products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and / or packaging.
After an order is verified, the goods will be shipped in 8-10 working days from Malaysia (excluding weekend and public holidays), varies depending on stock availability and the necessity of stock transfer. Do take note that the date provided is only an estimate date, the exact delivery date is subject to different areas from the courier service.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address. Please fill in your final shipping address to avoid any inconveniences.
Once your order is packed, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service. If the status of the tracking number shows “tracking number invalid” or “tracking number not found”, most likely the status is not updated by the courier service yet. You can check it again the next day as the status will be updated to its latest.
If you did not receive the notification email of your tracking number, you can either refer back to the order confirmation email or contact us through Whatsapp (+6017-3530138) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the tracking number.
International Shipping - Taxes or Duties
All international deliveries may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country of destination and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Naelofar cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. You should contact your local customs office for the fee calculations.
