Full Payment and Order Submission
"Full payment" is a mandatory requirement for all orders, and we facilitate payments through DuitNow or Atome. Upon submission of the "Order Form," clients are expected to transfer the full amount stated on the invoice on the same day. Failure to do so will result in the order being deemed canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Once the "Order Form" has been submitted and payment processed, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for other tools, items, or services. All pre-orders are considered final, and clients are committed to the purchase.
The shipment schedule is based on our selected courier's operations. While we can track and trace packages, the exact arrival date and time in Malaysia may be subject to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as technical problems, natural disasters, or customs delays. Generally, products arriving in Malaysia take 15-30 days from the delivery date.
Notification and Shipment Process
Upon receiving and verifying the products, we will notify you via the email address or social media platforms provided. All orders will be packed within 8 days and scheduled for shipment. In the unfortunate event of lost items during shipment, a full refund will be issued.
